Processing time

Orders typically ship within one business day from Alsip, Illinois, USA. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

United States

Shipping is free on all orders to the continental United States (the lower 48 states). Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are charged a calculated carrier rate at checkout. To request expedited shipping, email help@evhover.com before placing your order.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates for Canada, Mexico and all other countries are calculated by the carrier and shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Import duties, taxes and customs fees

All international orders are shipped from the United States. Prices and shipping charges shown on our website and at checkout do not include import duties, taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage or customs clearance fees.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer (the recipient). They are set by the destination country, are not controlled by EV Hover and are typically collected by the carrier or customs authority before or at delivery. We cannot predict the amount. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

By placing an international order, you agree to pay any duties, taxes and fees required to receive your shipment.

Refused or unclaimed international shipments

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned or returned because duties, taxes or fees were not paid, the original shipping cost, any return shipping charges and any duties, taxes or fees billed to us will be deducted from your refund, or the order may not be eligible for a refund. Duties, taxes and customs fees paid by the buyer are not refunded by EV Hover.
